Personal Data Processing Policy

This Personal Data Processing Policy is prepared in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ 'On Personal Data' and defines the procedure for processing personal data and measures to ensure personal data security on the DevVlad website (the Operator).

The Operator processes personal data for the following purposes: - promotion of goods, works and services; - handling incoming requests and contact form submissions; - conclusion and performance of service agreements; - sending information messages requested by the user; - compliance with legal obligations under Russian law.

The Operator may process the following personal data: - full name; - email address; - phone number; - settlement account number (if required for payments); - other information voluntarily provided in a request. Categories of data subjects: - clients and potential clients; - contractors and contractor representatives; - website visitors; - job applicants (if applicable); - legal representatives of data subjects.

Legal grounds for processing: - data subject consent; - necessity to conclude and perform a contract with the data subject; - compliance with legal obligations. Data operations include: - collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, use; - update, modification, anonymization, blocking, deletion and destruction. Processing methods: - mixed processing; - automated and non-automated processing; - processing with Internet transfer; - no transfer via internal corporate network.

The Operator implements necessary and sufficient measures under Articles 18.1 and 19 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ, including: - access control and role-based permissions; - antivirus protection and regular software updates; - data backup; - organizational measures restricting access to personal data; - access to personal data only by authorized persons. Use of cryptographic tools: not used unless otherwise stated.

Personal data processing start date: 03.05.2023. Processing is terminated upon achieving processing purposes, withdrawal of consent (unless other legal grounds apply), or termination of operator activity. Cross-border transfer of personal data: not carried out. Location of databases containing personal data of Russian citizens: Russian Federation.
