Terms of Use

1. Subject of the Agreement

This User Agreement is a legally binding document that governs the relationship between the DevVlad project (Contractor) and site users (Clients) using the project's services to familiarize themselves with web development offerings.

2. Rights and Obligations

The user undertakes to use the site only for lawful purposes. The site's content (design, texts, portfolio code) is intellectual property. Copying, distributing or any other use of site materials without the prior consent of the copyright holder is prohibited.

3. Limitation of Liability

The site is provided 'as is' for informational purposes. The DevVlad project is not responsible for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of the site. Relations regarding project development are regulated by a separate civil contract.
